• Shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery address and will be displayed at checkout after your address is entered.

• FREE Standard Shipping is available on merchandise orders of $50 or more.

  • The $50 minimum is calculated after discounts are applied and before taxes, duties, or fees.

  • Note: Free shipping thresholds may vary during promotional or sale periods.

Processing & Delivery Times

• Order Processing: Orders placed by 12 PM ET (Monday–Friday) will begin processing the same day. Processing typically takes 1–2 business days.

• Estimated Delivery: Most orders arrive within 8–12 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

• Delivery Windows: Delivery timelines are based on business days only.

Hawaii & Alaska

• Expedited shipping options including 2-Day and 1-Day services are available.

• Free shipping and other shipping promotions do not apply to these destinations.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

• Orders shipped to U.S. P.O. Boxes will be delivered via USPS.

• Free shipping and other promotional shipping offers do not apply to P.O. Box addresses.

Tracking Information

• Tracking details will be emailed once your order has been processed and is ready for courier pickup.

• Please allow 1–2 business days for tracking numbers to become active.

  • Note: If tracking details are issued on a Friday, updates may not occur until the following Monday.​
